About the event

We believe that through our shared experiences, we can gain valuable insights into the world around us and the challenges that we face as individuals. By fostering an environment of open communication and mutual support, we are able to explore new ideas, challenge our preconceptions, and grow as individuals. Whether we are discussing our personal struggles or sharing our triumphs, we are always striving to learn from one another and to become the best versions of ourselves.

About Cacao

Cacao is more than just the fruit from which we get chocolate. The Mayans and other indigenous communities call it the Food of the Gods. It’s known as a Heart Opener because it’s promotes healthy blood flow and a sense of happiness and well-being.

About our Guide

Joey Greiner is a musician, meditation guide, cacao facilitator and the Founder of Converge wellness collective. He works regularly with indigenous communities, studying with elders and organizing events and fundraisers to help the communities protect and preserve their cultures and lands. Joey is a student of Nana Marina Cruz from Guatemala in the Mayan traditions of Cacao & the Chol Q'ij sacred calendar.

About the Community

Our community is composed of men who are dedicated to improving their consciousness, achieving a greater sense of balance in their lives, and developing a deeper understanding of themselves.

Converge curates intentional gatherings for personal transformation, inspiring connections to self, others, and to the Earth.

Ofrenda Fest is a non-profit organization that promotes Art, Film, Dance Music, Photography and Ancient Traditions.
