Men’s Circle + Breathwork – In Person

Do you feel like you’re doing great in most areas of life, but still missing deeper connection? Do you wish for a space to be truly heard and express what’s really going on? Are you looking to meet other men in brotherhood and support each other’s journeys?

Join us Monday, March 2nd at Zula Den in West Adams for an evening of breathwork and a men’s circle. We’ll start with introductions and a guided breathwork session, then move into sharing. Everyone will have a chance to speak, and a few men will receive focused support from the group.
