Come along each fortnight for an evening of connection with like-minded men. This space will give men an opportunity to tap into a supportive community who are interested in becoming even better men. This will be a chance to:
• Experience a short but powerful meditation to kickstart each evening
• Share what’s going on for you (if you’re ready)
• Experience a safe and non-judgemental space where all of you is welcome
• Feel supported in whatever you are going through
