Men’s Ascent is every Saturday from 7:30am - 8:30am at 23264 SW Main St. Sherwood, OR 97140. Every man is invited. We start with a 30-minute workout (modifiable for anyone) to challenge us physically, followed by a 30 minute talk around a fire. It’s simple: show up, break a sweat, and connect with men who are searching for the same thing. Just show up! Our world constantly pushes us to perform and it’s easy to feel disconnected or like something’s missing. But you weren’t made to go through life alone. If you’re tired of feeling isolated and want real community, come find your tribe with us.
