Sarah started with a hilarious "no holds barred" diary blog sharing her trials and tribulations of hitting the menopause full pelt which she then published as the Middle Age Madness Diaries. She now has over 54,000 followers on Facebook and has recently taken her stories on the road, with her "Mighty Menotour".
