Our special guest presenters are from Holland and Barrett.
Maddie is a Nutritionist, who will do a presentation on gut health and answer any questions you may have.
Amanda (one of the store supervisors) and Laura (the Regional Community Wellness Co-ordinator) will be demonstrating a body scanner. This scanner provides biometric data and gives a detailed report on your body, which can then be interpreted by the wellness experts into actionable advice. You will also have the opportunity to book in for a free 15-minute consultation.
NOTE: You will need to park on the open car park in Birmingham Street (opposite the Olde Queens Head/Benjamin's). As it is free from 7pm, we have adjusted the start time of the meeting to 7.15pm, so you have time to park and come round to the church beforehand.
Cost: £2 (cash only)
We are hoping to provide tea and coffee.
