It is a safe and comfortable space to share experiences, learn and laugh with one another.

• An overview of how hormonal changes affect us physically and mentally.
• A calming yoga practice including breathwork, flowing movements and restorative poses designed for symptom relief.
• A womens circle to share experiences, support and learn from one another.
