10.30am - Gentle 30 minute Flow Yoga session to ease aches and pains.
10.30am - Managing menopause with yoga workshop: Learn which styles of yoga will best help your symptoms.
11.00am - Tea, coffee, & cookies
11.30am - Round Circle: Share and connect with others in a safe space.
12.00pm - Slow 30 minute Yin Yoga session to ease joint pain.
12.30pm - Yoga Tips and Techniques workshop: Learn to perfect key poses and transitions
on the mat.
1.00pm – Two-course vegetarian buffet lunch (Vegan options available)
Afternoon
1.45pm - Yoga at Home Workshop: Learn how to create a successful home practice.
2.15pm – Relaxing 30 minute Restorative Yoga session for fatigue and anxiety.
3.00pm – Yoga Nidra meditation for deep relaxation of mind and body.
3.30pm - Tea, coffee, & homemade afternoon tea cake.
4.00pm – Closing Circle & Reflections: Wrap up the day with gratitude and inspiration.
