We will be running a Yoga for Menopause Class on World Menopause Day, Saturday 18 October.Rachel is a qualified as a Menopause Yoga teacher with teacher Sally Parkes which covers yoga and wellbeing for Menopause.
Running from 3:30pm - 5pm, this class will help with understanding the peri and menopause and how to adapt your yoga practice to benefit you during this transitional time.
Yoga is really beneficial in giving us tools to manage both the mental and physical changes during the peri and menopause years. We can build strength in both our bodies and minds and learn ways to cope with the list of symptoms we can struggles with such as temperature dysregulation, joint pain, changes in sleep, anxiety, low mood etc

All equipment is provided but please bring your mat if you would like extra comfort
Wear warm layers of loose and comfortable clothing and bring your snuggly socks.
