Menopause can be a stressful time. The pressure of managing symptoms which quite often combines with managing stressful life events at the same time can feel very challenging.This four week course offers you respite from the stresses of your life and a chance to relax deeply. Through gentle movement, breathwork and guided relaxation you will learn to befriend yourself and your menopausal body so that you can feel calmer and more yourself. You will also develop your own self help toolkit for manging stress to support you in everyday life.
