Menopause Workshop

Join Hannah and Nicki for an evening of Sunday selfcare and skincare focusing on peri to post menopause. Whether you're experiencing symptoms yourself or want to know more about your skincare and how to support your body and wellbeing through this stage of life. This workshop is designed to provide a relaxing space where Hannah will begin with an interactive skin, body and soul session especially curated for menopausal skin. We will be using the beautiful science led TEMPLESPA skincare products inspired by Mediterranean ingredients, where you can experience the texture, fragrance and performance for yourselves.

Nicki will then take us through a beautiful yoga practice to help manage the physical and mental symptoms which many women experience during the peri/menopause phase.The gentle and restorative practice will help to relieve stress, headaches and insomnia, support digestion, energise the body, promote mental clarity and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

To end our evening we have a relaxation meditation using repose aromatherapy relaxing night cream to help calm and aid relaxation. You'll then be ready to go home and slide into your PJ's ready for a good night's sleep!
