A special workshop to learn and experience the benefits of holistic practices to support the menopause transition.
This day workshop will offer a different vision of the Menopause transition through holistic practices and non-Western medicine approaches and will provide some information to participants and allow them to experience the different layers of their ‘energy body’ which they can relate to their experience of (peri)menopause.
Expect insightful information from therapists experienced in woman’s health and menopause support, and plenty of guided practices to leave you inspired.
A day workshop co-hosted by Sophie (Menopause Doula- Well Woman Yoga Therapist) and Brigitte Wezel (Yoga Therapist) with special guests Annelies Espeel (Acupuncture/Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Aurélie De Schoutheete (Osteopath/Holitic Pelvic Care).
Fees:
90 euros( regular/base rate that reflects the cost of the workshop)/ 70 euros (solidarity rate for those with financial difficulties)/ 90 euros+, for those who can afford to contribute more and subsidize others.
