is to stay balanced, focused and relaxed. Hetty has taught meditation in recovery centers and private settings. Now experiencing menopause herself, she knows how important the power of sisterhood and support is with other's going through similar changes. Hetty has a calm, gentle and non-judgmental
demeanor and is very much looking forward guiding, growing and sharing with you soon!
