At this first two-part series, weโll explore:
Week 1: (14 August 2025)
- Nourish your body and mind - with the right foods for energy and mood
- Move in ways that feel good - energise and motivate yourself to gain strength and balance
Week 2: (28 August 2025)
- Let go of mental overload - explore ways to manage stress and overwhelm with calm and confidence
- Create positive steps to wellness - amongst the busyness of life a positive outlook can support your overall health and wellbeing
The Menopause Matters To Me community evenings offer space to pause, reflect, and reconnect - with your health, your energy, and yourself. CONNECTION, CONVERSATION, and COMMUNITY.
Leave feeling empowered, supported, and equipped with tools you can use right away.
Date: Thursday 9 October 2025 and Thursday 23 October 2025 (purchase separate tickets for each date - $20 each)
Venue: Kauri Community and Sports Centre, Lipson Avenue, Seacliff
Time: 6pm โ 7:30pm

This will hopefully become a regular community evening - because from small things, big things grow. Letโs start in October and see what organically grows. Kauri has the space to welcome women who want to be part of a growing community
