The Menopause cafe is open to everyone and there is no set agenda as participants start the conversation.
Menopause Cafes are held:
with no intention of leading participants to any conclusion, product or course of action.
as an open, respectful and confidential space where people can express their views safely.
on a not for profit basis.
Coffee and tea will be available for purchase alongside a selection of sweet treats for sale. Cash only.
The cafe duration is for 2-hours. You can drop in anytime and stay for as long or little as you like.
