Laska Freeman is a proud grandmother at 53, with a wealth of life experience and a passion for wellness. Her journey into natural health and sexuality began in her 40s when she was diagnosed with endometriosis—a condition that left her bedridden and very sick for one week each month during her period. Determined to improve her health, especially with a new grandchild on the way, Laska sought ways to enhance her well-being.

The COVID-19 pandemic and the ensuing shutdown marked a turning point for Laska. She embarked on a journey of health, fitness, and education, discovering the profound benefits natural products could offer. With over 20 years of experience in the adult novelty industry—spanning home parties, retail, and wholesale—Laska found a unique intersection between natural health and sexuality.

Within the last 2 years in particular Laska started her journey through Menopause and started journaling and experimenting with local foraged products in particular Mushrooms and local products to help improve her transition. She will be sharing her experience with you to consider when going through your Menopausal journey.
