Menopause & Yoga Morning at Hebe-Fitness, Women's Only Studio in Warminster

Join us for a dedicated morning of support, education, practical advice and movement on Saturday 23 November to support you in making your menopausal years some of the most fulfilling of your life.

This event is designed to empower and inform women of any age as they navigate peri-menopause and menopause, empowering you with the tools you need for a happier and healthier mid-life, all in the welcoming space of Hebe-Fitness a women only studio in Warminster. You’ll have a chance to ask plenty of questions about this important time of life, and enjoy some nutritious and delicious snacks.

Ali Hutchinson is an Intuitive Health Coach and through her WildHeart Wellbeing business is dedicated to guiding you towards holistic transformation of mind, body, and spirit.

Ro is a yoga teacher and her practice is all about finding the balance betweeen strength and flexibility, effort and release. Getting to know your body and finding stillness in this busy world.

Stace Marchmont is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and the owner of Hebe-Fitness, a dedicate Women's Only Fitness Studio in the heart of Warminster. Her goal is to provide an environment that all women feel comfortable, confident and empowered, no matter their age, race or size.
