Menopause and Nutrition- You will explore the physical and mental impact of the Menopause, alongside learning strategies and self-care techniques with the aim to being better able to manage life and work.
- This session has a focus on nutrition and encourages you to think about the foods you consume and how these might help or exacerbate symptoms.
- There will be lively discussion throughout the course in paired and group discussions, and you will be able to share thoughts, experiences and valuable advice with each other.
