Menopause shouldn’t feel like a mystery you’re expected to “push through” alone. Your body is changing — and you deserve real answers, real clarity, and a space where everything finally makes sense.Meno-Power is an in-person class for anyone who wants to understand what’s happening in their body and take control of this next chapter with confidence. If you’ve been feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s “normal,” this class is for you.
Together, we’ll make menopause understandable.
We’ll break down female anatomy and physiology in a way that actually clicks. You’ll learn what menopause is (and isn’t), how it affects your brain, mood, sleep, energy, skin, and metabolism, and why symptoms show up the way they do. We’ll talk honestly about hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, libido changes, and the options available to help you feel better — without shame, confusion, or guessing.
We’ll also dive into the topics no one explains: early menopause, surgical menopause, and what menopause looks like after cancer treatment. By the end, you’ll know exactly what’s typical, what’s not, and what your choices truly are.
Then we take it one step further.
You’ll calculate your current health and wellness status using our evidence-informed framework — and you’ll leave with a personalized breakdown of your metrics, giving you a clear, actionable starting point for strengthening your hormones, your health, and your next chapter.
This class gives you language, direction, and confidence — the kind women deserve but rarely receive.
