Embody your vision through a gentle yoga flow.
Transition into creating your vision board in the format of your choice or creative process

Journals with drawings or words
Traditional poster boards with magazine cutouts
What to Bring:
Reusable cup for tea or water
Your choice of supplies: poster boards, magazines, scissors, glue, or anything extra you'd like to use or share.
