This support group utilizes arts and crafts to support each other and heal from the trauma of sexual, domestic, and interpersonal violence.

Survivors Supporting Survivors

The Eastern Panhandle Empowerment Center (EPEC) is excited to host a new support group- Mending Hearts- to create a space for survivors to support themselves and each other through the healing power of arts and crafts. This group takes place on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm. The venue will be the Morgan County EPEC office, located at 640 Fairfax Street in Berkeley Springs.

We Need You!

This is a survivor-led, advocate-moderated group. This means that there is a great need for survivors to come and attend this group and keep it going! Two EPEC advocates will be hosting and moderating the group, but there is no group without participants! Bring just yourself- we will provide the rest. Furthermore, group participants will have the power to suggest projects for each month's meetings and work with advocates to ensure fun for everyone in the group.
