In this workshop you will learn the latest research on how sex hormones influence other systems, how to maintain the best health of pelvic structures and organs through the various stages of life including early menstrual cycling, prenatal, postpartum, and perimenopause. You’ll gain a better understanding of why dysfunction, discomfort, or pain might occur as well as proven methods to find relief and healing.
Facilitator Sandy Parker has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Education, forty years of teaching experience, and has completed numerous post-graduate professional certifications including as a Restorative Exercise Specialist, Nutritional Therapist, and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant. She has a special passion to support women throughout their reproductive and post-reproductive years through a multi-systemic focus on pelvic health.
