The Men of Honour Gala is an elegant evening event designed to celebrate the journey of personal growth and integrity. Following the day's conference, this gala offers men the opportunity to bring their significant other and share a memorable night together.
With a fine dinner, inspiring performances, and a celebration of achievements, the gala is a perfect occasion to unwind, connect, and enjoy a night of uplifting experiences in the company of loved ones. Join us for an evening that not only honours the men of our community but also the cherished bonds that support and uplift them.

About the Founders:
Daniel Bay is a Communications Strategist, entrepreneur, and John Maxwell Team Member (in training) with a deep commitment to helping others rise to their full potential. Growing up in South Africa during the peak of apartheid, Daniel learned the value of perseverance early on. His personal experiences have shaped his mission to empower others to break free from the programming that often holds them back.
With degrees in English and Marketing from the University of Regina, Daniel's career spans various industries, including banking, social work, and government. His unique style of speaking, which combines humor and passion, encourages action and inner healing, essential for effective leadership. Daniel lives in Regina with his wife and son and is committed to organizing live events like the Men of Honour annual conference to continue empowering others.
Gabriel Araba is a passionate servant leader with a heart for helping people fulfill their God-given purpose. A Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) and currently a Professor of International Business at Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology, Gabriel’s experience spans both North America and Africa.
Gabriel’s career includes founding Primepath Global Business Inc., with a multimedia arm, Primepath Productions, where he and his team provided top-class multimedia services to major companies. He also served as Program Manager at Dove Media Plc., where he developed strategic partnerships and generated significant revenue growth.
In 2003, Gabriel pioneered Charis Family International Church's Lagos branch, serving as Pastor for nine years before passing it on to a new team. After moving to Canada, he graduated with distinction from Mohawk College's International Business Management program. Gabriel is also the President and Board Chairman of Shine City Crew Inc., a nonprofit organization making an impact through community events like the Shine Regina community music concert, Love and Happiness couple’s seminar, JAM youth music rendezvous, and the Men of Honour men's workshop.
Together, Daniel and Gabriel continue to inspire and empower men through the Men of Honour initiative, fostering a community of strong, purpose-driven individuals committed to personal growth and societal impact.
