Welcome to the Men and Women Empowerment Circle Session: Navigating Stress and Transforming Mindsets !
Join us on Sat, July 27 2024 at Bundoora Park for a morning of self-discovery and growth. This session aims to empower both men and women to challenge societal norms and transform their mindsets and navigate stress for the better.
Through interactive discussions, breathwork and guided visualisation meditation , you will learn how to break free from limiting beliefs and embrace your true potential. Connect with like-minded individuals and gain valuable insights to help you thrive in all aspects of your life.
To the venue : Drive into the main park , once arrived at the main junction, park at the main car park on the left and walk down following green arrow to the heart of the garden and you will see this iconic spot that is shown in the picture. We will all meet at the circled brown spot (divine trees) to ensure everyone arrives before we start our session. Please arrive promptly so we can all run this event with great intention.
