Every Wednesday at The Big Hall, VogelmornWarm invite to join us for 1 hour of gentle yoga to move the body and calm the mind. Non judgmental, safe and inclusive space. The host uses a yoga app to guide the session. Poses are demonstrated and explained. This is shared practice, not yoga teaching. Gentle poses at gentle pace. No pressure to bend yourself into a pretzel. Bring a friend. Bring a mat if you have one, some to borrow here. $5 investment in your wellbeing.
