Frederick County Men! Step In. Step Up.On Saturday, December 20th, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, we’re hosting a men-only strength session and prayer gathering at Frederick Fit Body Boot Camp. This is a free event; however, it is limited to only 20 men.
This is a space for men who want to grow in:
>Physical strength
>Mental discipline
>Character, leadership, and purpose
>Faith and community
We’ll hit a focused, athletic-style workout, then close with a meaningful prayer huddle for any man who needs strength, clarity, or support.
No judgment. No ego. Just strong men sharpening one another.

What to Expect:
- Intro 15 min
- 45 min men’s total body athletic strength workout
- 10–15 min cool down + reflection
- 15 min Group prayer, encouragement, and support
