The West Tennessee Sweepers will be hosting a Memphis Mini Sweepstakes Convention.The convention will run from Friday, October 13th, 2023 to Sunday, October 15th, 2023 at the DoubleTree Memphis East in Memphis, TN.
This will be an All-Inclusive Convention meaning all attendees will pay the same admission fee and what is generally referred to as “Upgrades” at past events, will be included in admission fee.
Admission Fee: $285.00 per Attendee
Admission Fee will include:
• Friday Night Welcome Party with Dessert and Pick-a-Prize Drawing
• Saturday Morning Session with Speaker(s), Games, and Prizes
• Saturday Night Banquet Dinner, Entertainment and Door Prizes
(Previously known as Upgrade Raffles)
• Sunday Morning Mystery Bag Bingo
Attendance is limited to the first 200 people to register.
