Take in magnificent views towards Stratford Racecourse, peaceful countryside and cross the River Avon and River Stour. A refuge for wild plants and animals, and as well as fruit and walnut trees, you may spot cowslips, knapweed, and tansy. If you’re very quiet, you might hear the song of the Skylarks nesting.
Bring family and friends, relax and walk as far as you want up to 5 miles.
Our Memory Walk is open to all not just those connected to the Hospice.
Memory walk labels can be downloaded or are available on the day to personalise and worn on the day.
Traffic-free and accessible for wheelchair users and prams.
Every child will receive a participation certificate acknowledging their contribution to this special event.
Everyone will recieve a seed bomb to take home and plant the memory
Dogs are welcome.

The money raised from this special event will help us to continue providing the amazing care and support to our patients and their loved ones.
This event is open to everyone – your loved one does not have to have been cared for by the Hospice for you to take part.
