The artists' forum is part of an art exhibit at the Hawaii State Library commemorating the 40th anniversary of the People Power Revolution in the Philippines, a peaceful non-violent movement that restored democracy in the islands in 1986. The exhibit runs from February 14 to 28, and is part of the 2026 People Power Hawaii Arts Festival, sponsored by the Filipino Association of University Women (FAUW) and organized by the Hawaii Filipinos for Truth, Justice, & Democracy (HFTJD).
