Our next session meets in the Assisted Living community room on Tuesday, Aug. 12, at 1 p.m., at 201 Lillian Lane in Lynchburg.Alzheimer’s and dementia symptoms can impact eating habits and abilities, from changes in taste and smell to physical limitations related to chewing and swallowing, leading to inadequate nutrition and other wellness challenges. Resident Life Director Emily Bradley shares simple nutrition tips to support the care receiver’s and caregiver’s well-being. A complimentary lunch of pizza and salad will be provided.
