If you answer YES to these questions, the Memory Banking program is for you!
Memory Banking is a 3-week program aimed at teaching people how to document and track personal life stories and health histories. With each lesson, participants will learn to connect their life story and health history to caregiving, mental healthiness, brain exercise and legacy. Documenting life story enhances relationships and promotes life quality.
Who Can Participate: We welcome all participants. We prefer that you participate with a partner. A partner may include a family member, spouse, friend, neighbor or caregiver.
When: Thursday March 20th at 10:00am
Thursday March 27th at 10:00am
Thursday April 3rd at 10:00am
Where: Bullitt County Extension Office located at 384 Halls Lane Shepherdsville, KY
