Dear Family and Friends,I hope this email finds you well. It is with heavy hearts that we gather to honor and remember the beautiful lives of those Concho Hearts Hospice has cared for in the recent years. Those who touched our lives in so many profound ways.
As we reflect on their life and the memories we shared together, we invite you to join us for a special memorial service on 4/26/24 at Frisco Commons Park. In honor of love, for nature and the symbolism of transformation, we will be releasing butterflies in their memory. The service will begin at 11am, followed by a moment of reflection and remembrance. Then, we will release the butterflies together, watching as they take flight.
