?? Take on the iconic Hero WOD "Murph", a tribute to U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy and all fallen heroes.
"Murph": 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1-mile run.
?Sign Up/Register, sign waiver (for non-members), select your heat time, and plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to warm up. We'll have the El Senor Moose food truck & beverages for a post WOD celebration!
❗️Do not let the workout as written detour your from taking on the challenge! The list of possibilities to make adjustments are endless! The goal is to choose a variation that allows us to keep moving for 40-60min...and our experienced coaches will help you create a plan!
