Join us for a workout to celebrate those that gave all for our country. We will sweat in honor of them. The workout consists of a one-mile run, 100 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 pull-ups, and another one-mile run. The best time to finish receives a $50 gift certificate. Bring a pop tent and chairs if you want. There will be cold waters, meat, watermelon, and pickles! There will be a donation jar where proceeds will go to charity and PWC wrestling.
