Join us at DC for a morning of writing, art, and community before the museum opens to the public.
For Alex Gonzalez's latest writers workshop, we will explore the concept of identity as demonstrated in "You Stretched Diagonally Across It." Attendees can expect storytelling opportunities and thoughtful conversation about the symbolism in these tapestries and the role such materials plays in who we are.
No prior writing experience is required and all supplies will be provided—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore your own creative voice!
