Dr. Bret Eschman will share why emotional regulation matters, how parents can lay the foundation through co-regulation, and simple scaffolding tools you can use every day. After a short talk, there will be time for open discussion and Q&A.
This member event also connects to our fall exhibit, XOXO: An Exhibit About Love and Forgiveness, giving you ideas to revisit the gallery with your child and keep the conversation going.
