There’s usually competition surrounding who’s the “best” or “most renowned” producer in a given region… until you get to Veneto, where Guiseppe Quintarelli is the undisputed king. For six decades he revolutionized the red wines of the Veneto. If you’ve yet to experience Quintarelli, this is your moment. The secret to Quintarelli’s wines is simple: time. From the moment the buds first open on each vine, nothing is done in a hurry at Quintarelli. In fact, the red grapes behind the estate’s most renowned bottlings are slowly dried before pressing in a process that further concentrates the grapes and yields extremely complex wines. From start to finish, many of these bottles are under the family's care for a full decade before release.
Today Guiseppe’s descendants continue to uphold and expand the Quintarelli legacy.
