Ivanka Mabić Gagić is the Executive Director of the Croatian branch of Aleph, a global representative of the largest media platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, Twitter, Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit, and Digital Turbine, which builds a digital ecosystem with its own technology and expertise, allowing all advertisers to access the possibilities of digital platforms. Ivanka joined Aleph Croatia in 2019 with the goal of implementing Aleph's global vision in the local market.
This was followed by successful company restructuring and growth, and thanks to the achieved results, Ivanka was awarded the Manager of the Year for medium-sized enterprises in 2022 by the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs HUM – CROMA.
After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, she continuously improves her business management and leadership skills. In addition to an MBA from IECD Bled School of Management, she completed the School for Personal and Organizational Development, Facultas, an in-depth and comprehensive school for leadership, personal, and organizational development, as well as numerous international education programs such as Aleph Speaker Series Stanford GSB Executive Education, MIT, Presencing and Theory U, U.Lab, Transforming Business, Society and Self. In London, she completed the Academy of Executive Coaching and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, becoming an executive coach and mindfulness and neuroscience-based emotional intelligence leadership trainer.
Ivanka Mabić Gagić is one of the co-founders of the LEAD.YOU association, and as a lecturer, she is dedicated to sharing best practices in business development, marketing, and awareness development, personal and organizational leadership development in domestic and international educational institutions.
