Irish band Melts will release a follow-up to their debut Maelstorm (2022) this spring, and this will be accompanied by an extensive European tour that will also see them hit the AB Club.
There must surely be something going on in with Dublin's drinking water because after Fontaines DC, The Murder capital and Gilla Band, with Melts we have another very interesting band from Jame Joyce's city who manage to create a very contemporary fresh sound with influences of post-punk, motorik beats and psychedelia.
In April 2023, they played a blistering set at Wild West that completely confirmed their punishing live status.
