Welcome to Melt’n’Breathe - a paired breathing meditation.
We dive into slowness, presence, and the subtle vibration that is always with us. We explore how breath can guide us into a more regulated, open, and receptive state.
We will explore the ability to find calm not only within ourselves, but together with others. Instead of having to regulate alone, we pair up and practice leaning into the trust that another body, another's breath, can support our own nervous system. We explore the art of co-regulation.
How the workshop unfolds:
We open the space in a circle, then land in our bodies through movement and gentle exercises and then we dive into the practice of Melt'n'Breathe.

FACILITATOR
Louise Lund is a movement teacher and trained in holding trauma-sensitive spaces. She has six years of experience with teaching for all kinds of groups. She is an educated Path of Relating-facilitator (400h) and holds the Trauma2Trust training (60h). She has a passion for embodied practices, bodily explorations, and slow, curious meetings.
