The focus and intention of The MELT Method is on rehydrating and restoring connective tissue rather than stretching muscle, and so is an ideal preparatory technique before practicing Yoga - as well as a great recovery technique after engaging in any energetic or vigorous exercise practice.
MELT is also a great go-to RESET TOOL for Yoga teachers - who often create tension and stress in their own bodies when demonstrating moves or from delivering several classes. You’ll feel the difference after one session and over time you will enhance your tissue health and learn techniques to enhance a tired or achy body.
