with Lori Smith, RNThe creator of the MELT method, Sue Hitzmann, designed a number of props that allow individuals to become their own bodyworkers. A soft foam roller and soft rubber ball are the basic tools, but there's more to discover!
The full MELT ball kit has 8 balls and a bunion band. What is all that for?
-- Two balls can be used at the same time for hand, foot and face treatments, providing a unique experience.
-- Different sizes provide the opportunity to access the small joint spaces of hands, feet and ankles.
-- Different densities allow a more nuanced exploration of soft tissue.
-- The bunion band is designed to develop foot strength, flexibility, and to reduce the effects of medial bunions (near the big toe) such as pain and reduced mobility.
This 4-week series is for anyone seeking a deep dive to the nuances of hand, foot and face treatments. All sessions will be held on Zoom. They will be recorded and available for later viewing if you can't make the live sessions.
Cost: $85, members save 15%
