Attendees will learn how to decrease chronic pain by massaging connective tissue and fascia with a foam roller and other Melt props.
This workshop combines Casie’s Melt method with a gentle yoga class, led by Jessica.
All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing.
Casie is a certified Melt Method Instructor, and Jessica is a certified Yoga Instructor at Serasana.
