Their upcoming performance at the Brisbane Jazz Club features an expanded lineup, transitioning from their usual sextet to a septet.
Formed in 2018 and led by dynamic vocalist & washboard percussionist
Paula Hackney (a.k.a. Melody Graves), MGHR has captivated audiences with their lively shows and authentic interpretations of traditional swinging jazz
and blues.
Their repertoire draws inspiration from the spirit of juke joints, dance halls, and historic New Orleans, showcasing a talented ensemble:
