About this Event
We know that educational leadership can be lonely, be stressful, can take over your life and can often just need someone to offload to. Our Midlands Educational Leadership Network (MELN) has been set up to provide a safe space within a sociable environment. Alongside the meet ups there will be a chat group enabling you to keep the connections going and to enable the growth of your own personal network.
MELN is brought to you by Ben Hobbis, a serving educational leader who has founded the Step Up Network, the national grassroots network turned community interest company that empowers educators to make their step up into a leadership role within education. Whilst Step Up serves the whole of England and further afield, MELN is designed to be a more regular face-to-face meet up opportunity.
There are two ways you can engage with our community:
- Sign up for a 12 month membership which will cost £30.
- Or pay for events individually, these cost £10.
The payment just covers the deposit for the venue as well as the behind the scenes running costs of such organisation. Any remaining funds are donated to the Step Up Network to support its status as a social enterprise and not-for-profit.
