We’ve got something super special planned, and we'd love for you to join us! Mare and Jen are hosting this new event at SoulShine, and it sounds like pure bliss. ?♀️✨
We’ll start with 20 minutes of gentle movement with Mare to warm up and get those muscles nice and loose. Then, the real magic happens! We'll grab some cozy props, lie back, put on our eye pillows, and just melt into relaxation. Mare will be playing the crystal bowls and chimes, creating the most serene soundscape, while Jen offers soothing Reiki. ??
It's the perfect treat for your body, mind, and spirit. Imagine just letting go of all the stress and floating away on a wave of sound and energy.
