ABOUT THE MUSICIANS
Mel Farrimond is a Scottish-born singer-songwriter, whose introspective folk songs, heartfelt, intelligent lyrics and catchy melodies are earning her a loyal following. https://melfarrimond.com/
Ann Fearon’s songs come from a place of deep reflection on things that really matter. That doesn’t mean her songs are always serious; they’re sometimes saucy, sometimes whimsical, but always heartfelt.
Asif Illyas, a Nova Scotia-based guitarist, songwriter and film music composer with over 30 years of experience, is showcasing his innovative “4D Fingerstyle” acoustic guitar technique, incorporating drums, bass lines, harmonies and melodies.
David Muise is a singer-songwriter from Cape Breton, telling stories of everyday life in song.. In his younger formidable years he followed his father Yogi around as he performed with the Men of the Deeps. Since the release of his debut solo CD called “The Journey” he has been busy playing at various charity events, Jamborees, and songwriters’ circles, which included playing on one of the Stanfest stages.
