For those of you who do not know, I am Melissa McCall Owen’s son. My mom lost her eyesight due to a stroke years ago and she is not able to do all the things she use to do. As kids, my Mom made sure to haul me and my three sisters to Palatka on a monthly, possibly a bi-weekly basis, to see friends and family.
We have so many memories of my Mom, family, and friends at Angel’s, Musslewhites, but most of all, Jerry’s Drive in.
Please come join us to celebrate my Mom’s birthday at Colee’s from noon to 2pm. Don’t worry, just grab a table and come say hey.
My Mom loves her hometown and her friends and family. It would mean so much to see friends old and new!
