MELC is founded by Veronic, a professional Barista with a very sharp sense of taste and elegance who creates unique coffee blends.
This Coffee Cupping is the practice of observing the tasted and aromas of brewed coffee. A standard coffee cupping procedure involves deeply sniffing the coffee, then slurping the coffee from a spoon so it is aerated and spread across the tongue. The coffee taster attempts to measure aspects of the coffee's taste.
Veronic will serve you 9 types of different beans and will guide you to this experience full of coffee flavors and the stories behind the beans.
During this cupping at this beautiful venue at Planthood.
You will drink lots of coffee served with a very special dessert that's called Panettone created by Laura Vervoort, who is a very inspiring woman from Paris.
And a little goody bag to bring home too.
