About this Event
Quadrant is delighted to host the first visit to Australia of bestselling author Professor Nigel Biggar CBE, the guest of honour in our gala lecture and dinner in Melbourne on 29 October.
Professor Biggar's recent book Colonialism: A Moral Reckoning (2023) challenges the decolonisation narrative and the moral shaming of the past.
Professor Biggar will be joined by fellow historians Keith Windschuttle and Geoffrey Blainey, and Quadrant Chairman Tony Abbott for a talk, drinks and canapes at 5.30pm.
It will be followed by a dinner at 7.30pm.
